Jenna

Jenna was originally hired as a crewmember at Contra Costa County’s Print and Mail through the Commercial Support Services Supported Employment program at Contra Costa ARC. After thriving in her role for a few years, she was hired on as an Employment Specialist for the Print and Mail crew. Jenna now serves as a crew supervisor for other people with disabilities who are employed as part of the Print and Mail crew. Jenna truly came full-circle, really showing the power that an initial work experience can have. Her hard work and determination led her to earn this promotion competitively, without job coaching, and she is now giving back as a powerful member of the team.
