Are you an employer looking to fill an open position? Supported Employment Services offers employers the support to find, evaluate, hire, on-board and support new employees who happen to have an intellectual or developmental disability.

Services include:

• Helping the potential employee complete all of the applications, tests, and other forms required by the employer.

• Supporting the employee through the on-boarding process and providing on-the-job training to ensure the employee learns the tasks and expectations of the employer.

• Providing reasonable accommodation support for the employer to ensure the individual can successfully meet the employer’s requirements.

• Assisting supervisors and co-workers with questions and concerns, and providing direction on how to best work with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

• Supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to grow and learn new job tasks and skills in order to better themselves and the company they work for.
